I have 2 reebok and 1 under armor. I'm a 32D. All 3 are smalls. The Reebok are V-Neck Seamless. Reebok Sports Bra The other is Under Armor. I think it's this one This is the one I wear when I run. The Reebok I take to the fitness center when I'm doing lifting. They also are fine when I jog. I had 2 from Victoria's Secret,…

I'm in, but I'm not sure I will get many miles in. I'll go low and say 50 miles. I'm injured from the marathon I ran 10/7. Appt on 11/13 to see if they can tell me what is wrong.

I have people tell me that I'm too skinny or I've lost too much weight on a daily basis. These are people who knew me in high school. I weigh more now than I did in high school. I'm just more compact from actually having muscle. I'm not sure they are just that out of touch or if they are jealous that they don't have the…

Oh I hear ya! I was a 38C when I started losing weight. I'm now a 32D. I lost a total of 60 pounds. I swear I look like I could wear a training bra. I HATE how they look when I bend over. BUT. Then I remember what all those babies have been through since 1999. 2 kids, getting older and now losing 60. So...I guess I'll take…

I have the FitBit Ionic. I love it. I can track all the workouts that I do: walk, run, weights, workout, treadmill. It has a few others to. When I was looking for a new tracker (I've had one for several years) my 2 have to haves were GPS and Music. I wanted to be able to go run without taking my phone with me. I can switch…

I have that happen a lot. I had to quit eating Chinese carry-out because I knew...eat that gain 3 pounds the next day and take a week to get it back off. It happens. Don't beat yourself up. Just jump back on the wagon and get going again. :)

Make sure you eat enough protein so the running burns your fat and not muscle. I go to a nutrition store in town. They have an inbody370 machine..inbody something...that tracks that for me. I go every 2 weeks or so. Protein in very important.

1.What motivates you to run? I use running to keep my weight off. And I like it. 2. How often do you run and how far? Training for a marathon. Running 4 days/week. 4-5 twice a week, higher the 3rd day and goodness sakes alive on Saturday. Running 16 this Saturday. 3.Do you also incorporate strength training? If so, how…

When I started out last year, I think I set mine to lose 2 pounds per week. Did I always lose 2 pounds per week? No. Did I get discouraged? Sometimes, but. Take measurements of your arms (biceps and forearms), your chest, belly, hips, thigh and calves. When the scales are not moving, these usually are. I did not measure…

I weigh myself daily. My family thinks I'm nuts. I also like to keep an eye on the fluctuations. I tell them that if I didn't weigh everyday, I would miss the one day I weighed the least. Now they really think I'm nuts. I put my scales in the same exact place when I weigh. The flooring we have looks like squares so that…

I have no problems eating my calories...since they are only 1500. I'm typically over the 1500 though. Since MFP adjusts for my exercise and I like to run, I have days where I eat close to 3000. And now I'm training to run a full marathon, I get to eat like that 5 days a week. ;)

I'm 47 and 5' 5.5" tall (but put 5'6" when asked. When I set my goal it wasn't based on BMI. I wanted to weigh what I weighed 3 months after having my first child. So my goal was 135. Took me a year and a half, but I reached it. (lost 57 pounds) Some think I'm too thin, but I'm more muscular that I have ever been in my…

For me, I do both strength and cardio. I have a leg day, ab day, upper body day, and a 'functional' training day. On the 5th day, I either do some yoga, stretching or cardio. Tuesday and Thursdays, I jog/walk 4 miles. Seems Most Sundays I do the walk/jog thing too.

That's Awesome! Way to go!!

I've never felt judged at the gym I go to...but..it's at work so there are only co-workers there. For me, the gym has all the equipment that I need. They have all the dumbbells from one pound up to the there is no way I can lift that pounds. (honestly I haven't looked higher than 45 pounds and they have heavier). They have…

Mine stopped syncing Saturday. I've deleted the app, reinstalled it. disconnected my fitbit from my account here, still nothing. I need to read the security breach thing. I use my facebook account to login. I'm gonna hate it if I need to change that password, but I have a feeling I'm going to have to...

Good job! Be sure to do both strength training and cardio. Cardio helps burn the fat, strength helps tone it all back up. :)

I was the same way. I would go to the fitness center at work and intentionally workout on the other side (there is a wall down the middle) just so the jocks couldn't see me. But now are all all buddies and they help me out. So. Start out by asking. The guys at the fitness center are probably the best friends that I have…

Awesome! You look fantastic!! How did you get rid of the loose skin? that is what is bothering me...I just don't know how to get rid of it. Part of it is just age...I'm no spring chicken any more. :)

I enter breakfast and lunch as soon as I get to work. Then I only need to worry about supper. I also mainly look only at calories and protein.

Clothes and shoes. Once I did perfume and repairware facial cream. Mainly clothes though. I try to Not reward myself with food, I do sometimes though. ;) I have one goal left and it's been a real battle. I have 6 more pounds to lose and I don't think I've lost any in a month or so. But right now, building muscle is more…

Definitely my food scale. Blender. Fitbit (or similar tracker). Protein Powder (because I started losing my hair). And last, but not least...a way to track my food...
