Getting myself psyched up to hit the gym tonight after work. It's been way too long. I know when the end of the day comes I'll be tempted to just go home, but I am determined to make positive life changes. Making a commitment to get moving tonight. I know I'll feel so much better if I do.

I would love to join! I'm headed to Hawaii in September and need a jumpstart to meet my goals. I'd want to lose about 20 lbs in the 12 weeks.
