Goals: start working out regularly, learn some new recipes to make at home, continue to learn how to be able to dine out at restaurants and not blow my daily allowance (this is crucial for my line of work), continue to focus on portion control.

I'm in too! I'd like to lose about 25-30 pounds in 12 weeks too. Starting low-carb as of today and fitness programme is Lee Labrada's 12 week lean challenge, and then yoga, cycling, running etc.

I can't believe I weigh more than when I was 9 months pregnant! I lost all the of that weight....and then life happened and here I am and I want it to stop!!!! Yikes!!! Help me!!!
