Hi my name is Lory.
I am all about meeting new people & supporting one & other. I am wanting to do a 12 week challenge. Starting this Sunday 7/9/17.
I love doing 12 week challenges.
They keep me motivated, moving, & Focused.
I'm starting this Sunday 7/9/17 if anyone is interested in joining.
I'll be weighing in every Sunday.

Summer is here so let's get moving...
drink lots of water
Go swimming , hiking, bike riding, gym, boxing, yoga, crossfit.. whatever you love.

I would like to lose 30 pounds in 12 weeks.
Tighten & tone up

    Hi Lory, my name Jen. I have been wanting a group to follow and keep me motivated but have yet to really commit. I need to lose 15-20 lbs and get back to where I was 2 yes ago. Let's do this.

    I am interested in joining this challenge. I would like to lose 24 lbs or more in these 12 weeks. I have been slacking for the past year with my diet and exercise which caused me to gain about 30 lbs back. I need some motivation to get my act together. I am with you and will weigh in on Sunday:)

    I would love to join! I'm headed to Hawaii in September and need a jumpstart to meet my goals. I'd want to lose about 20 lbs in the 12 weeks.

    I would like to join! I'm still figuring out this whole healthy living thing and need some motivation. I can't seem to lose more then 1-2 pounds a month. How do I join a challenge? Is that a premium only feature or do we just follow along on this thread?
