Hopefully it's not too late to join? I would love to be part of a group I am looking to lose another 5-6 lbs but REALLY I am looking to start including exercise back into my weight loss routine and see what results that brings. Mostly interested in weightlifting and yoga right now. Please add me too

Stay fired up everyone! I will weigh in Tuesday and post then. Took today at a slower pace. Won't hit the 11k steps like usual but I will be kicking into high gear for the next 12 weeks! Oh yeah!1

I would like to join. I can be the resident elder. I am 71 years old and would do cartwheels (mental ones) if I could lose 15 lbs in12 weeks!2

I am most interested! Im at 275lbs and 5 ft 5. Not sure how to join the Challenge tho. Im T2 Diabetic on 2 insullins. Im thru with relying on all my meds for that and so many other ailments. I am well educated on the science of losing weight but I was too lazy to do what I needed to do. Need to change my habits and actually commit to this. My music career depends on it as much as I hate to admit it. I am ready for this Challenge to kick off my life long change!2

It is so awesome to see everyone wanting to join in. How is Day #1 going?
Today I wrote down some of my goals big or small.
Drinking a lot of water is a challenge for me so I need to be aware of that.
Meal prepping is another good goal for me to stick to because then I'm prepared.
I have a kickboxing membership that I need to use.. my goal is to get to my kick boxing class at least 1 time this week & to the gym at least twice.. along with my walking.

every day watch look here for support. Post pics of what your doing. If your struggling ask for help.. it's amazing how motivating others can be..
Every day try to keep active in some way
Drink lots of water.. it's good for you & let's face it who doesn't want prettier skin.

I am interested in joining this challenge. I would like to lose 24 lbs or more in these 12 weeks. I have been slacking for the past year with my diet and exercise which caused me to gain about 30 lbs back. I need some motivation to get my act together. I am with you and will weigh in on Sunday:)

Yikes I put on 5 lbs these past couple of weeks. Hopefully after 12 weeks I will be close or at goal. What is everyone exercise plan or strategy for the next 12 weeks? I plan on doing hammer and chisel or other dvd, some treadmill, and yoga.
