Would love to do this! Just turned 71 & have been on MFP for several years. Surgeries, injuries and family issues means I've been up & down with the weight but have made up my mind THIS IS IT!! See you tomorrow!1

That would a good way! It's a fair way of proof, I personally like the ideal1 -
I'm in! My 12 week goals are to continue my Stronglifts 5x5 with an easy run after on M W F and a run on either Sat or Sun. Also, no alcohol except on Saturdays - damn summer heat and beers... I'll weight in on Sundays. Trying to loose the 20 lbs I gained this winter!0
