Nice whoosh! Looks yummy! I have seen you mention those wings before. Is it like a salt and vinegar dry rub? I love salt and vinegar chips and am wondering if that could help scratch that itch.

Ditto! I'm pretty boring with my drinks, though. Only water, coffee, and wine (and the occasional liquor that is clearly not my friend anymore).

I tried all Thank you! I've tried all the recommended fixes, but it just seems to only work intermittently for me since early this month. I like having a picture journal, so I'm annoyed. They announced that it was a common error last week, so I hope they fix it soon.

Robert, you have made really good progress! I didn't notice how much you'd lost until looking at your last post! You should move that over to the progress thread! And I adore cheeses -- I think it's due to growing up for a few years in the Netherlands as an army brat.

I have never heard of these drinks, but maybe it's whatever sugar alcohol is in them that's causing hunger? I know that any time I drank a non-caffeinated diet drink in my past life that my cravings would be out of control afterwards (which defeated the purpose!).

That meal looks amazing! Did you make the cauliflower rice stir fry yourself, or was it packaged? I need to look for that in the store! I am not a huge cauli-rice fan because nothing compares to rice for me, but I am thinking I may need to revisit it for meal bulking purposes.
