I am at the final ten pounds or so, and the only places I am really unhappy with is my tummy and lower back. It is coming off slowly. I lost 65 lbs. and my stomach held most of my fat when I was at my highest. Everything has gone down but for me the most noticeable part left is the stomach. You absolutely can't pick where…

I found out my liver was damaged by my doctor finding elevated liver enzymes in my blood workup. I was referred to a liver specialist who told me I more than likely just needed to lose weight. I was 40 lbs. from a healthy BMI weight. I've lost 65 lbs.

I meal plan weekly and we grocery shop every Sunday. I use an app called Plan to Eat where I store all of the recipes I make, drag and drop into a calender, adjust serving sizes, and it makes my grocery list. HIGHLY recommend (it is $5 per month). I have the app on my phone and check off items as I buy. Sunday afternoons I…

Whatever works best for you! For me, I eat a 250 call bfast sandwich, then commute to my work gym, lift, then have some cottage cheese/fruit after as a post workout snack. If I was planning to run, I'd consider skipping breakfast. Eating before cardio makes me feel yucky and sick.

I have curlier hair

I use happy scale too, I love it! An average daily count would be nice. I just calculated what my maintenance was by looking at the calories I ate over four weeks where my moving average weight ended up the same, and it came out about 140 calories more than I thought/what MFP told me. SO, that means I can eat more! I think…

Thank you! Yeah I think I just need to do some number crunching, per my data I should’ve gained over two pounds in the last two months, but I’ve maintained. Just need to figure out my actual maintenance cals! I don’t want to do this forever but just to get some hard data

Thank you for sharing your experience! Very interesting. I think my game plan is to cut on 5-6 days a week at 250 below maintenance and then have 1-2 refeed/maintenance days a week for adherence and gym performance. I don't like dieting either, it was so much easier when I was very overweight but hard now that I'm so…

Did you post on the wrong thread? LOL

Thanks for your input! Great to know that your boob skin shrunk back, too, lol. Honestly I want to just keep losing and then see how 125 looks on me and then decide from there.
-
Thank you!! :) By the cutting/bulking, I guess you mean to lose fat (lose pounds), then gain muscle (gain pounds) to ultimately end up at about the same weight? I do look very thin in clothes but without I feel I look pudgy. And that's true, ten pounds shouldn't make a big difference in my skin I wouldn't think. I thought…

A few months ago I was told online that I looked to be about 27% (on bodybuilding.com forums). An online calculator said about 25.6%, a handheld device my PT had me try said 24%. I'd say I'm about in the 27-29% range based on those pictures, hard to tell since my belly button makes my stomach look fatter than it is. I…

Thank you :) I have basically been recomping (maintaining a weight within about 3 or so pounds and weight lifting consistently) since July, so about four months. I should probably take more pictures to see if I am noticing any differences, because I'm not sure if I have. I know recomp is a long process. I have a very small…

I might make sweet potato casserole, the last one I made was a huge hit... Also, these pumpkin cookies with cream cheese frosting that are awesome. Not necessarily the healthiest things but they are super yummy!

Thanks all. I am only down about 18 pounds from a year ago. I sure hope it will tighten up. But I am fairly content with how I look so far. Can't be perfect!

Awww!! He looks slimmer and I'm sure is healthier. Cute fur baby! I know my boyfriend's dog has benefited from his 90 lbs. loss... They go running all the time, they actually ran 26 miles this weekend! I'm not sure how much my cats have benefited, I guess they like all the home cooking I do, they are always gathered around…
