I log in daily as well to pre-log my food and log in my weight and check in on my friends. I've got around 50 more to lose.

I drink two or three "real" cups and several decaf cups a day and have lost just fine. Won't do without it.

I hear you! I got to where my portion sizes were pretty big - crazy! After a couple of months, I'm used to smaller portion sizes, thank goodness! I've never tried zoodles. I'll have to give that a go.

I completely understand how you feel :) I have a touch of agoraphobia and find it hard to leave the house except for work, thank goodness, without anxiety, which is crazy because I'm rather outgoing in a lot of situations. I lost 20 pounds in two and a half months just counting calories. I'll occasionally walk on the treadmill. You can do it!

I am post-menopause after having a full hysterectomy last year. I started MFP two months and a couple of weeks ago and have lost 20 pounds and it is coming off easily. I have 50 to lose, though, so it is easier than it is for you with so little to lose. I really admire all of your working out!

I'll add you, Karen. I'm working on losing about that much. I've lost 20 so far and it doesn't feel like a diet, just prelogging my calories in the morning and I'm good to go! I don't do cheat meals. When I started MFP, I was going over my calories with meals occasionally, but it just set me back for a few days, so I stopped doing that. It was too frustrating and not worth it. I stay within my calories now and I'm much happier and am steadily losing.

I've lost 20 pounds since July with just walking on the treadmill inconsistently. It's all been counting my calories. My ticker says I've only lost 13, and I'm not sure how that got messed up. I changed my email address and such and don't know how that was effected, but it's not reading right. But you can do it!

I realized I do not want my gallbladder taken out, which can happen if you lose weight too rapidly and you get gallstones.
