When i got mine I just threw I what I liked.lol I put 1 cup of almond milk 1 banana and 6 strawberries with some ice. Comes out pretty good. If you wanna make some more just throw more milk in it. I just got premium and it's alot easier with your macro breakdown since you can see each meal what macros are in it. And I go by grams wich you can't set unless you pay for.i like it. If your eating healthy and worrying about your overall health whats 50 a year?

Calories are def the most important part to lose weight. Be in a deficit. Having your macros set up will be even better. It will help you portion out what ur body needs and still counting your calories. I am 60 pounds down in 9 months counting calories and tracking macros

My personal experience you gotta have ur mindset that u can do it and you are going to. I work 75 hrs a week and hit the gym 6 days a week. 330 am i go. Ive lost 60 pounds in 8 months working.u can do it I believe. U gotta make it a priority and eat right. Any advice I can help let me know

I've lost a total of 60 pounds and I've been thru 2 big ones. One last a monthb and one was 3 weeks. First one I worked out alot harder and broke thru. 2nd one I switched my macros and went on the keto. But back to reg diet now. Switch it up. Change ur macros around a little might help as well. Push thru it will change
