Right off the bat, when I see you're doing HIIT and weights, you'll have a hard time losing weight when you're gaining muscle mass by those exercises alone. The question is, are you trying to drop weight, or obtain a certain physique?? There's many questions that need to be asked/answered.

I haven't read everyone's responses, but my question would be towards exercise, and what are you doing in that regard. Would it be possible that you are gaining muscle mass? If you are, this could be a potential reason for gaining a few pounds. Either way, don't get discouraged by it, as we all tend to fluctuate on any…

Overnight oats is big in my house. Fill a few mason jars with dry oats, fill it with milk, berries, and whatever else you want, and let it sit in the fridge. All you need to do is warm it up in the microwave when you wake in the morning, and you're good-to-go.

It's a tough thing to manage, I know! What helps me, is I plan meals for the next week (on Thursday or Friday), and grocery shop based on that (Costco is my best friend :smile: ).
