I must carry my weight differently than most because I'm down nearly 30 pounds and I'm just starting to notice looser clothes. Honestly for me I still notice very little change, but other people notice. Which for me is more motivation than anything.

Thanks for all the suggestions, I'll try Strava and hope its a little more accurate. It's so frustrating comparing my numbers to my buddy and seeing mine so low!
