The one thing that I don't see in your post is that you are tracking. You really have to pinpoint the amount of calories you truly eat and make adjustments from that point. In addition to calories and exercise, make sure you get adequate rest and keep yourself well hydrated.

If you want to see better results then use a food scale, keep yourself hydrated, get adequate sleep/rest, and exercise. Most of all have patience.

If nighttime snacking is something you enjoy doing then plan your nighttime snacks so you will not blow you calorie deficiency. Treat the weekends the same as weekdays. Plan ahead of time.

I only discuss my weight loss efforts with like-minded people. There isn't anything wrong with eating out. The key is to plan ahead. Look at the menu ahead of time and make selections that fit your calorie goal.

I carry my own cup with me. Buy several cups and keep one in your vehicles, one on your desk at work, and one wrapped in your gym bag.
