  • The one thing that I don't see in your post is that you are tracking. You really have to pinpoint the amount of calories you truly eat and make adjustments from that point. In addition to calories and exercise, make sure you get adequate rest and keep yourself well hydrated.

  • I only discuss my weight loss efforts with like-minded people. There isn't anything wrong with eating out. The key is to plan ahead. Look at the menu ahead of time and make selections that fit your calorie goal.
