Have you set up your account to weightloss and been given a calorie goal to hit? Have you tried doing that? How is that going?2

Log your food. Stay as close to your calorie goal as possible. The only way to lose weight is to eat less than you have been eating.
Start today by logging everything you eat. It will be a bit time-consuming until you learn how to do it. I can log my full day's food and exercise in less than five minutes. It just takes practice.
At the end of the day look at your food diary and see where you could make some changes. Leave off the second piece of bread, use half as much dressing or butter. Have dessert every other day. Stop drinking soda pop or sweetened drinks. Add a vegetable to every meal. Stuff like that is easy to do and makes a difference. Baby steps.3 -
The one thing that I don't see in your post is that you are tracking. You really have to pinpoint the amount of calories you truly eat and make adjustments from that point. In addition to calories and exercise, make sure you get adequate rest and keep yourself well hydrated.1

what exactly does "eating properly" mean to you?? that could mean just about anything! I'm guessing though you don't mean "eating at a calorie deficit as determined by weighing everything I consume on a scale" ??2

To lose weight you must be at the correct calorie deficit for your weight loss goals. Enter your stats into MFP and go by the calorie target it sets for you-this already has your needed calorie deficit built in, (chose the 1lb a week loss option).
Then start tracking your food and drink intake in the MFP food diary area, using a food scale to accurately measure out portions sizes.1 -
There are mistakes that people commonly make that cause them to not lose weight that we might be able to spot if you change your Diary Sharing settings to Public: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/account/diary_settings0
