  • Not exactly the same as Bulletproof, but I put about 28g of coconut oil in my coffee in the morning. Tastes good, very filling and a good source of fat. Definitely think it's helping with my weight loss goals.

  • avocado and spinach and salmon are all great sources of potassium and fit well in the ketogenic diet. Nuts are good as well, but you have to be aware of the carbs.
