Yes, yes and yes (just walking). Good lunch, but had a mocha frappe late afternoon... haven't had sweet drinks other than water for a long time, then I had girl's night. Proud of myself made a wise decision, ordering raw oysters than other entree, this way I didn't eat over my calorie limit for today.
