try logging your whole day if you know you will be having pizza so you can add in how many slices you would like and plan according to that

i struggle with the same thing, but i find that planning out what im going to have when i get home and pre logging it helps me stick with what i have planned for. sometimes i have something on top of it, but i find if its once a week its not to bad as, i am maintaining.

I had a big gain 6.5 lb (up to 122.4) but mostly due to all the sodium and lost it by the next evening and am back to 117lb

I'm 5'5 and around 121 and for me maintenance is under 1750, i can go over it and be fine, which is rare because most days i am around 1300-1400

i try to think of it like any other time of the year, because of dietary intolerances it is not to hard to continue into the fall season. the only hard part is not knowing the calories/macros of anything so that is challenging.

yes all the time, i consume relatively healthy foods and people question why all the time, or if i have something out of my norm then something must be wrong.
