Love McDonalds. Now, I go with a chicken snack wrap (or two) or a side salad (lite on the dressing). Their fruit and yogurt parfait is a nice dessert that wont sock you with too many calories. I noticed that with the workout calorie "eat back" I was eating much more. I lowered my calorie goal to compensate. Especially important once I got a fitbit and started synching it with MFP. Bake some chicken thighs until the skin is really crispy (yes, leave the skin on), spice it up a lot and it will give you the same satisfying crunch that regular fried chicken will give but with less calories and fat.

I have had the same problem. For me, if I am getting hungry I drink more water. Doesn't always work but it usually will hold me off until the next meal time. Good luck
