You can add me but honestly give yourself a break :) You have a tiny baby and need a few months to recover first. I'd say just eat well i.e. no unhealthy food and you will be okay. Then deal with the extra stuff a few months down the line. I'm also bfing but my baby is over one now.

My first mini goal is to get under the next kg. But my main mini goal is to weigh less than my other half. A couple of kg away. I can't believe I weigh more than him.

I'm on level 2. The first day I hated it but day 2 and 3 I'm liking it. What I don't like is my lower leg muscles hurting a lot. Only in one leg. The other leg is fine. But I don't really want to take breaks (I took one after day 1 level 2) as it's the only exercise I can get in.

Well done on your weight loss! Really amazing. I put on a lot after kids. Not because of the kids but the tiredness after. I bf too. I've been a little over two weeks into the lifestyle change and your story inspires me. Can I ask, did you have any loose skin? Your stomach seems flat as anything. I'm concerned about my…

Definitely wouldn't go three days without eating. I wouldn't encourage that and I'm with you there.

Yes Ramadhan fasting men's no food or water. Having water will break the fast in any circumstance. However fasting increases spiritually, severed this relationship with food and makes one think of those who do not have food readily available. It is also encouraged not to overeat when breaking the fast as that defeates the…

I'm on level 2. Did 12 days straight but my muscles were hurting a lot so took one day off which I didn't plan bit got straight back into it the next day. Anita style though for most.

Yes Eg 11.7 stones is 73.1 kg on my scale (press the down button to change the unit). But on Google and some charts it shows a different number. I wouldn't be surprised if the scale isn't accurate but the numbers seems to be following a believable pattern e.g. going up when eating etc. I don't know if I should stick to one…

Yes me!

Forget the exercise part then (my exercise is to feel better and not solely about weight) but training your mind very well applies to the original post. You said you wanted to stop raising the cupboard. I've achieved that by training my mind not to over indulge, to leave space for water and breathing and not to snack snack…

I'm on day 3 tomorrow so I'll do this with you.

Yep I'm on level 2 but combined with eating better I've lost half a stone and I can see my waist!

We're the same! Add me if you wish. I started two weeks ago.

Yes me. Add me

It's about training the mind and it being a lifestyle choice to eat well. The first time I ate everything and more. The next time, days later, I ate only what was needed as I had started exercise at home to feel fit and it made me work harder with my food so I don't undo all the effort from exercise.

I read something recently that at first you'll get loss but then the body will hold onto the rest as a reserve for Baba. You already know you're doing good so just relax with it and see once you've stopped breastfeeding.

Not stretching enough! By the end my little one wants me so I shorten it.

Thank you thank you! You learn something new everyday!

Thank you. I can't believe how much I met myself get to this stage! I used to be underweight! It was meant to be, and I learnt a lot of life lessons along the way but now I'll be stronger than ever.

Thank you for your reply. I do feel much better already but I know my endurance in fitness needs to improve so I've still got a way to go.

Well done! That happened pretty quickly. Sorry may I ask, what is CICO?

Mid 20s 3 stone to lose
-
That's 42lbs for us folks

I still can't do the star jumps followed by skipping followed by star jumps followed by skipping, in one go. I always have to stop during the skipping. Aaaaaa! However I have lost 4lbs in one week but I believe that's because of eating better too.

Oh wait where's the link, lol

Hi! Want to add me? We are similar ages but the same height. Although my start weight is lower, we are on the same journey. For me, I had kids but I had always eaten bad. The last few years I would stuff myself with unhealthy food. You know, I'll start my diet tomorrow, so just eat that entire packet or two of sharing bag…
