Okay so I've been feeding baby and stopped now as nearly 2 years old. I put on weight feeling hungry during those years (2 kids) but now I've stopped I feel less hungry. My problem was eating sugar. Thank you both. I guess I will go to the docs. I have the weight I gained from two babies to loose. I wouldn't say I overeat on normal food but I've had a lot of unhealthy snacks so cutting that should make a difference in itself.

My scale has been going down slowly BUT and a big but is my little one is over 1 years old. I don't think I'd e doing it at your stage. Jillian also said at your stage you'll loose a bit but then your body will hold onto the rest for baby.
