I don't have any restrictions. My calcium levels are low so i need to make sure I have milk. I am anyways going to be taking supplements so it's ok. Any tips? Any ideas?

I have a question. Do you think it's better to do each level continuously for a week or alternate each level every day so that I don't work the same muscle group everyday?
