Whey protein is better for building muscle than plant protein. I honestly only think you should use plant protein if you are vegan/vegetarian or cannot use whey

I would suggest trying the LiveFit app by Jamie Eason. It has a workout plan, a meal/nutrition plan and a supplement plan and it's totally free. Also I would suggest taking fat burners. I take L-Carnitine
