  • I've definitely had to cut back on my drinking to stay within my calorie goals. But the things that help me balance it are saving up some calories for alcohol throughout the day, alternate club soda with lime or a water between drinks, exercise for extra drinking calories. And I try to choose drinks that I'll drink more…
  • Probably never. I'm just starting so I'm happy to be meeting my calorie goals right now. A couple of times a day I get one of the "warnings". Lol.
  • You definitely need to check with your doctor. These types of changes can be related to a variety of things so only your doctor can help you pinpoint the cause for sure.
  • Motivation is different for everyone. What really helps me is looking at pictures that were taken of me at my highest weight. From the side. Sitting down. I basically don't exist for a holiday season because I hate how I looked in all of the pictures so I didn't post any that I was in. That keeps me going.
