I hate it too! If I know I’m going out to do something after dinner, I’m finding I eat way more than necessary just to avoid possibly feeling hungry.

@loganbrown598 I’ve found that adding friends on the app has been beneficial. If you’re having a bad day or needing some inspiration, it’s super important to have a solid support group! Feel free to add me if you’d like.

My petty reason is to get revenge on all the people who bullied me throughout school for being the fat girl. I’ve lost nearly 80 lbs and watch as people I graduated with get bigger and bigger. But obviously my main reason is to live a healthier, happier life and to feel confident and sexy.

Hey ladies! You are all welcome to add me if you’d like  I’m 23, 5’ 9” and my current weight is 156lbs. At my heaviest I was 230lb and of course am in constant fear of gaining all of that weight back. Having friends on My Fitness Pal has really helped in keeping me motivated!

I used to drink a lot of pop too. Decided to try ordering water when going out to eat and it really helped; now it’s just a habit. Not having it in the house helps too. I actually fill ill when I drink pop, now. Feel free to add me if you want!

Hi! You’re welcome to add me if you’d like. At my heaviest I was 230lbs and by counting calories I was really able to kickstart the weight loss. So far I’m down 70lbs and ideally would like to reach a goal weight of 130. Best of luck!

@TimeToChange007 you can add me! I began my weight loss journey at 230lbs and am down 70 so far. I have about 30 more lbs to reach my ultimate goal weight.
