Breakfast is difficult for me since I normally plop out of bed, shower and jump in the car. I may stop for eggs or something along the way or settle for something in my office. Today I stopped for a pork chop and eggs since I came in very early.

I just hold my phone or place it in my pocket. I thought about the arm bad, but I have a pretty large phone.

Hello Joe! Welcome! As long as you have a good diet and exercise gameplan, you'll be able to drop the weight. I'm 43 and am working on it again. Slow and steady wins the race! Great folks with great advice around here!

Agreed. Just enter your stats, take one day at a time. Lift Heavy, change your workout plan every couple months and eat good foods at a caloric deficit. Find some good friends to motivate and possibly participate with you.

@Morgaen73 How long does the Crossfit Class last? I was a member at 9Round back in SC and it was really good about 30-45 minutes If I remember correctly. I've thought about checking out a Box down here.

43 Here. Back in MFP again after a run in with diabetes. Blood sugars are in control and I'm maintaining weight after a 40 lb drop.
