I do. I take it at 4am for my run and then around 11a for my workout. Works fine for me. I rarely get the tingles any longer

Ran 5 miles. (4.94mi). Tomorrow will be 1hr lower body weight routine. 3 sets lift heavy, 1 set burnout on half the weight.

I run ~3 miles every other day. On weekends I up it to 5 miles. When I've started, I pick a distance then use a 5 minute cycle. I walk 4 min and run 1and repeat the cycle. So is it really the intermittent fasting or is it the calorie deficit? In other words, does it matter if I consume 2000 calories throughout the day or whether I only consume it from noon to 8pm? Wow, just saw this thread and posted something like it in another. I don't eat clean all the time, but focus on keeping my calories in line. I do realize though its difficult to get enough to eat if I treat myself TOO much. add me.

I've recently started a modified 5X5 using machines and free weights in the Plant gym alternating w running every other day. I am following the program I set up, but I also realize from the past that you'll have to switch up (exercises and routine) to keep your body from getting used to it and hitting a plateau.
