I used to have this problem, more at work than at night though. What helps me in both situations is Intermittent Fasting. Even though I want to eat something I can't, so I don't. And during my non fasting times (eating window) I make sure that I eat what I want so that I don't feel like I'm depriving myself. Perhaps you…

Today I'm grateful for my legs. I give them a hard time because they are my biggest problem area. But they do so much for me every day and will no longer take them for granted. So from today.. I am grateful for my legs.
