  • I have a 10.4 km run from Friday evening to report as well as a short and slow 4.34 km from today. Glad to find the time and energy to get a little bit of distance in while traveling this week! Brings me to 119.4 for the month, with just 30.6 left to go to hit my goal of 150 km! :)

  • Got in a quick 5.2 km on the treadmill this afternoon putting me at 88.3 for the month. 61.7 left to hit my (new) goal of 150!
  • Had a really wonderful long run this afternoon. 12.72 km on a beautiful day on my (currently) favorite trail. Now at 83.1 km for the month-- I think I will just officially raise my goal to 150 as I had first intended. So, to recalibrate here... I have now 66.9 km to go!

  • Lovely 7.43 km today, bringing me to 45.8 for the month. Almost halfway there already, but that's good because I'll be heading out on an adventure soon, traveling to Greece! Will definitely be getting plenty of exercise sightseeing, but not sure how much running will be happening. ;)

  • Got out for a long 13.06 km this evening. I really needed the movement today after such a long in front of the computer yesterday. Now at 30.7 for the month with 69.3 left to goal. :)
  • Got out yesterday for an unexpected 8.79 km, putting me at 17.6 for the month. It's very unlikely that I will get out today -- taking a 6-hour exam this evening! 82.4 km left to go!

  • Going for another month with the 100 km goal. (Planning to up it to 150 in June after running 146.9 km in April!) Started off the month with a short, slow, treadmill run with 2.8 km. Coupled with some strength training in the gym. 97.2 km left to go!

  • 5.45 km just before lunch today! Glad to squeeze that in since I didn't have a chance to get out yesterday. Now at 135.1 for the month, 35.1 over goal. :)
  • Accidentally ran 7.45 km tonight instead of the 5 I expected! That puts me at 129.6 for the month and 29.6 over my initial goal. I am glad I ended up getting a bit of extra distance in this month because I will be traveling a lot in May and likely won't be able to plan for quite as much running. :)

  • Beat the heat with 6.73 km this morning! I am now 5.3 km OVER my goal, with 105.3 to show for the month :)
  • Managed to struggle my way through 5.88 km again in the hot sun today. It was much easier than yesterday, though, even if I didn't go as far. I am now at 98.5 km for the month, just shy of my 100 km goal!
  • I'm from the south so Cracker Barrel is basically religion where I'm from. For me personally, it can be hit or miss. I love southern food but there are better, local places to get the same types of things IMO.
  • 7.52 km in the hot sun this afternoon! It was a struggle, but I made it. And in my brand new ASICS. I now have 92.6 km in the books for the month, with just 7.4 left to go! Looks like I will smash that goal and then some!

  • Starting off this week with 6.07 km on my usual loop. I pushed myself for a faster pace today and ended up with 5:42 min per km. :) That brings me to 76.4 with just 23.6 left to go!

  • 7.19 km this evening. And looking forward to my new running shoes coming in the next couple of days! I have put off buying new ones and I'm starting to feel it... Now at 64.2 km for the month with just 35.8 remaining! I have some huge deadlines coming up next week, so I'm happy to report I am ahead of schedule. :)
  • 10.28 km this evening, finally getting in a longer run for this month. Still grateful for that nice weather! That brings me well over the halfway point, for 57 out of 100 km. :)
  • I have to start running in the morning at least 2 days a week to accommodate my schedule, so I woke up early today and got it done! 7.74 km to start my day, bringing my total for the month to 46.7! Almost halfway to my goal of 100, with 53.3 left to go. :)
  • 5.8 km this evening, bringing me to 39 so far for the month! Still have nice weather to thank for the motivation, although tomorrow it will rain so I will probably be in the gym for some strength training. 61 km left to go!
