  • So great you want to start being healthier! I think motivation isnt something that actually happens. You just need to get up and do. Dont wait for Monday, dont wait for another month. Instead of going home after work you can say "Im going to walk around for 30 minutes before I get home". Thats all you need to start with. ;)
