Just re-added the app and lost every contact on my list lol starting over and hoping this time it will be the last time. Just a quick intro..I'm Amy and I'm single, 44, in Virginia, have 1 child (which happens to have 4 legs..Miley) and work in long term pharmacy care. So I sit for my entire shift and have alway lacked the motivation to exercise. I'm a type 2 diabetic and recently my numbers have gotten really bad so I need to do something to change my habits. Happy to be here!

So great you want to start being healthier! I think motivation isnt something that actually happens. You just need to get up and do. Dont wait for Monday, dont wait for another month. Instead of going home after work you can say "Im going to walk around for 30 minutes before I get home". Thats all you need to start with.1
