Hi, and about to turn 37 in a few weeks. I am getting started as well. I have been off anytype of healthy eating or exercise in about a year and gained 30 pounds. I am one pound away from 200 and its scary I feel like I'm losing control.

@ugofatcat -- going back to to how I used to eat is not easy anymore. I had a lot of acne and would break out in different spots of my body. Not to mention have allergic reactions to the foods I ate with terrible stomach pains. After eliminating certain foods from my diet my skin and allergies are gone and I feel great.…
