Good for you with the sprints and swim! It's little by little isn't it? The fatigue is the worst part of AI disease to me. My shoulder is somewhat better, thank you. I can't tell if it's a pulled muscle or a flare. May have to go see my doctor to help figure it out if it doesn't get better soon.

Bai Bubbles, if you count net carbs and not total carbs like I do, has been a wonderful alternative for me to Sprite when I feel nauseated and need something carbonated. Right there with you! AI illness sufferer here, plus a host of other issues. Battling a pulled muscle and shoulder flare up as we speak. So, now I'm walking for exercise 3-4 days a week instead-and now 16 pounds down in two months thanks to low carb. We can do it!
