OK, so I'll keep in deficit, keep doing my workouts until I drop more weight, and once I'm at a better weight, I will go harder on weight training.. Etc. Thank u all so much :-)

Ty:-) OK, so keep doing what I'm doing then, right? I'm going to do about 1800 calories and my thirty minute body weight/resistance work-out almost every day. Whilst eating clean. I just need to figure out my macros, because once I put in, weight loss, I'm not sure it tells me to take enough protein.

Oops, I meant I eat 1000-1200 a day. I tried to edit and it didn't work I guess. Lol. So, undereating, huh. How much should I add?

And it seems my belly is slimmer. 8 pounds in a Month is ok, maybe I'm just to damn impatient. 😒 I was upset this morning, because it was more than yesterday. And I'm afraid of my hysterectomy not letting me lose. Although I still I have my ovaries. Lol I'm a mess. 😂

Ugh ya, I get super anal with it. 😂 My true true weigh in day is Sundays. It's just annoying working hard and not seeing results. The entire first week my body thought it was the time of the month, so I know I retained water. Technically I can't even count that week. Also, I'm two years older now. Maybe that matters. I…
