I’ve been doing Keto for a few months and am down about 25 pounds- I’ve gotten a little lazy, not really tracking but making Keto friendly food choices. I need to get back to tracking so the weight loss doesn’t stall. I feel great with this woe.

I would love to join this- I've lost 18 lbs so far, but I'm allowing little cheats and I'm slowing down. I need to refocus & recommit! I have 34 lbs to go, hopefully 20 of it by Jan. 30.

I just finished day 1- not too hard to do (cooking & planning), I just stuck with simple meals to keep it easy for the first couple of days. I'm trying it for 3 weeks with my mom, hope I can stick with it, I'm trying to lose about 20 lbs to start & the three weeks should help motivate me.
