    Hi I am new to mfp... do you all post this every week or can you edit your original post to add new weekly weigh in? And if so how do we do this?

    I weigh in mondays, you just copy and paste and update with your new weight each week. you can edit the original poste and weigh in whichever day you choose

    I go back to my weigh in from the previous week and quote it, adding my newest weigh in to the bottom.
