So, I'm conflicted. Based on my weight on January 1st to January 31st, I have lost 8.4lbs. HOWEVER, from my challenge start weight (From the end of December) I am down 3.6lbs. So, I hit the goal, but I also didn't. I am looking forward to the February challenge and actually hitting that 5lb goal for SURE!2 -

January was so good to me. I lost a total of 12 lbs!! That is the most ever I've lost in one month and since I started my weight loss journey. I can't believe I am in Onederland!! All glory to God. Amen. Onward6
