For instance 5.3 kms in 4hours,17 minutes says 766 calories. I feel like thats far too much so have been taking off my bmr.. Incremental means just burnt from excercise?

I made mine a liitle higher in calories, frozen berries, soy milk and just 1 scoop ice cream .. 178 calories. Im happy with that! So yummy!

Um, i really said model like because i spotted the theme. I would really just like to have a more toned body and size 8-10 (australian size) manican shape would be ideal. I will definitely look into resistance training now, thanks.

Ohhh no, I did know it wasn't exactly half but didnt really think about it! Hahahha. I must look so dumb but pounds seem so illogical to me !! I just really want to get back to the weight I usually am 65kg. I felt good at that weight and right now i feel gross and can really see the difference.

Is this a healthy way of eating? I dont usually eat breakfast but since starting my diet i have been. So breakfast isnt really the important? Great way to be able to get some more calories in at dinner.. i thought it was naughty.

Tastes too yucky for me. But have tried fat blaster and optislim. Both should work well but make you vomit.

Yeah im really thinking i need to rearrange my calories per meal.. i just had a really healthy dinner in my mind marinated tandoori chicken with some greek yoghurt and cucumber side. with steamed broccoli, carrots and cabbage and grilled zuchhini. Just over 700 calories.

I guess you're right, i just thought it would be incredible to be able to do it so easily. I really want to burn 500 calories per day. But dont want to spend an hour doing it..

Hey guys, I'm new here. Im 5'7 and usually happy at 65kg. Im currently 74 kg (about148lbs) Want to get back to my normal 130lbs. I think this might be a better group for me than others where people want to lose like 100lbs.

I want a large portion but low calories! Lots of vegies and not really keen on vegetarian but low fat and low calorie meat is good... oh and tasty of course!
