What do you have for a healthy snack when you feel like something junky like chocolate or ice cream? Not snacking on crap is the hardest part for me.

Hey do any of you guys fast? I just realised i do this supposed fasting 16hours just by eating dinner and not eating breakfast quite often... Is there really a difference between fasting and just eating low calories if you still eat the same calories?

Soo.. toning?
Not a real thing, right? I've read to get "toned" you actually have to lose the weight so you can see your muscle and or gain more muscle. But at what point will this happen? How small do you have to be before you can stop being wobbley?

It says in 5 weeks you will weigh..
So, you know how once you complete your diary it pops up if every day was like today you would weigh.. in 5 weeks? I had a look and found that it doesnt make sense if you add your calorie defecit up to be the same for 5 weeks its not the number they give you.. have you noticed that?

Excercise that burns 200 calories in 2.5 mins.
So i found this article online that says you can burn 200 calories in 2.5 minutes.. Really? Is that true that you could burn 1000 calories in 12.5 minutes. Bathroom scales are wrong
Hey guys. My bathroom scales will never be right. I always put my 5kg weight on it to check and it always says 5.1kg How much less would i actually weigh because of this? I just weighed myself and so happy have lost weight. It says 73.1kg

Map my walk accuracy
I walk all day at work so i leave map my walk on for hours. I dont think it is accurate in terms of just how many calories im burning from walking because i would walk only about 1km per hour on average but its definitely not as many as it shows.
