Makes sense. I dont always eat and burn the same amount of calories. BMR is the amount of calories your body burns if you were to lay in bed all day. I take the amount of calories i eat minus BMR and minus excercise to find my calorie defecit.

I dont think 200 calories for a snack is that high.. i would often have a bit of greek youghurt and some fruit thats at least 200 calories.

I love how a question about protein bars got so much hype, seems like there are definitely some strong opinions out there. For me, I dont think i would eat them regulary more like a replacement for a yummy sugary treat for me . Because there are more nutrients than a real chocolate bar.. Ive also tried a couple of them…

Yeah, i thought they were really for people who were trying to build muscle. I have looked at them and thought they were high in calories and not the best snack for me.

Nope. It was 72.5 so quite a bit off. I managed to get it in a position that showed 5kg weight correctly.
