I'm not wearing anything special today, but my favorite brands are white house black market and ann taylor. I buy almost all of my clothes from thredup so I can afford the nicer brands.

It sounds like you're doing everything right, so maybe the TDEE is incorrect for her. Lowering the calorie goal may be worth a shot.

I've hit goal multiple times. I stop tracking, and then slowly gain again. I think I need to at least measure my food even if I don't track. Losing was easy for me, maintaining has been hard.

I'm not sure if the fitbit charge 3 will track swimming, but it's going to be swim proof. I'd imagine they would have added swimming as an exercise.

I'm 5'3". I gotten to goal before multiple times and I've gained back 10 because I got tired of tracking after hundreds of days straight. So I'm back on here to get back down to goal. I married a chef and it's making it a bit harder. He's always trying to feed me!

I usually make the decision on whether it's worth the calories. If I decide to have it I try a small bite and make sure if it's worth it. One thing that seems to happen when I'm cutting calories is the more I think about what I'm going to eat, the more often I'm hungry. I try to plan my food for the day quickly and not…

For me it's better to work harder to manage my weight and be able to live my life. If your weight is at a point that it's a big risk to your health, your doctor may choose to take the risk of switching meds. I'm on four medications that cause weight gain but I just put in the extra effort because it's worth it to me and…

For me, I've found that using the Mifflin-St. Jeor formula to calculate my recommended TDEE at sedentary then subtracting 500 calories (for 1 lb of weight loss per week) works for me. I try to exercise then eat some of those expended calories back (up to 50% is a good balance for me). I weigh, measure, and count my food as…

On the website, go to Goals then Daily Nutrition Goals. You can type in the calorie amount you want there. I don't know about ios but on android go to Goals then touch Calorie and Macronutrient Goals. I also have mine set to 1000 because I maintain at 1500 (I'm also short). Because the system gives you more calories when…
