Thank u cwolfman13. cmriverside--no, I dont eat enough after workouts. I do have left over calories :# . Yikkkeess!! Its usually an evening workout. Any suggestions on what I can eat @ 6 or 7? I dont want to be too full or wide awake and cant sleep. I could shoot for am workouts and eat the majority of my calories alll day.

I do lots of interval type workouts (apps, jumprope, lunges, squats, bungees, etc), some days I will walk uphill on the treadmill for 20 min really fast, If walking outside, I like to walk and then do fast sprints uphill.
