  • Have you tried lifting weights? You can’t isolate fat loss but you can tone muscles in specific areas. I hope to have a well toned/sculpted back when I am able! Looks great on both men and women!

  • Work had pizza for all again today. Wasn't in my plan so I did not indulge.
  • I have a side dish of dressing with my salad and only dip my fork in the dressing before scooping the salad. This gives you the flavour of the dressing without drenching the salad. Barley use a teaspoon of dressing this way.
  • I bought size 2XL shirts. I started out with 6XL's.
  • Don't fool yourself s_carson... you are a success! You may not have reached your goal yet but do not doubt that you ARE successful!

  • Update on my progress. I am now at 272lbs! I will do another photo when i am under 250lbs. I found a photo of me just before i started at 380lbs. I wish everyone much success.
  • I have also just crossed the 100 lb's lost mark. Have you picked up a couple 50 lb dumbbells and walked around with them. The feeling on my lower body of that added weight is crazy that was my norm... Congratulations.
  • Wednesday weigh in. Lost 2 for a total of 92.5. Lost 1"off my belly and 1/2" off my thighs. I was worried because I had went way over my calories the last few days without any workouts! Here is to the new year and much success for all!
  • Wednesday weigh in. Lost 2.9 for a total of 90.5. I am under 290!! Is was 10 years ago the last time I made it to 290's. I had plateaud then and gave up. Half inch off my belly and thighs and a 1" off my chest.
  • I find myself crossing one leg over the other while sitting. Not sure why this became a thing but it is comfortable. I had not done this prior to loosing weight and frankly, probably couldn't.
  • 6' 1/2" SW 380 CW 292 GW 180-210 depending on how i look and feel. Doing a small bit of weights as well.
  • Your hard work has paid off! Its amazing how much better you feel the healthier you get.

  • Be true to oneself. Do not lie to yourself when you exercise and do not lie to yourself when you eat. When you count calories it is extremely important to account for everything. A bad day is a bad day, tomorrow you can do better. Do not cheat the numbers to fit.

  • I have lost 54.4 lbs in my first 3 months. SW 380. I eat 2000 -2200 cals per day and either walk or row for 30 minutes a day first thing in the morning to kick start the burn!
