Find a friend to motivate you to walk, jog, hit the gym...it works! I also have tried all kinds of classes. Mix it up Barre, Group Power, spin, boot camp etc. I mix it up so boredom never hits.

How about swimmers no? Walking in water gives more resistance. Using a kick board is great too.
