so i'm not gonna lie, it turned into 3 days. it was a rough couple days ( little to no sleep, yesterday was a straight 24 hours) and stress eating took over. grandfather had progressively gotten worse so quick and honestly i didn't know how to handle it, he passes this morning and i just took today to grieve but already…

thanks everyone for the advice! feeling better today and made it to 1500 in what i planned so slight progress made and even adding a treat that i like that fits in the calorie goal. thanks again.

it's nice to hear that from somebody who had/has a similar situation to mine. i'm gonna try to work it up. i planned out my meals for tomorrow and it adds up to 1500-1600 cals..if i get close to that it's still progress i suppose. i also have been incorporating walks and that helps ease my mind some.

i do eat some veggies and fruit through out the day, turkey..pasta? also 1400 isn't the goal, it's about 1800.
