I think it's the exercising. When you take a break your body has time to repair. I usually weigh more when I am sore or exercising. They say to usually weigh after you had a rest day because then your body has had time to repair it from the stress. Working out = small tears in muscle = water retention

I think the extreme obese should because what are they going to do if the need an MRI and can't fit into the machine because of size or weight.

Thank you all for your in put! I enjoyed reading all of your posts. I'll try to eat back some of my calories and see where that takes me and adjust where necessary.

That's a little bit what I am doing but I mainly make sure to get 108 to 124 grams of protien. I've noticed when I eat extra (my workout calories) it makes me gain weight.
