I don't even bother logging marinades. It's not like you're chugging it. Most of it cooks out.

Naked right before getting in the shower. I was comparing my scale to the one at my doctor's office one day, so I was fully clothed with my wallet, phone, and keys in my pocket. Added 3.6 pounds.

All I do is walk. Started off with 1.5 miles. Upped it to 2 after about a week and a half. I was really winded when I started. I'll have to give that a try. It sounds great! And mine is actually more of a chili consistency rather than soup. I do throw some chili powder in the bowl when I'm reheating it.

My go-to lunch or dinner. Ground turkey, brown rice, chick peas, diced tomatoes with chilis, black beans, pinto beans, corn, and mixed vegetables.
