I've been struggling with my health for years, which is what made me gain in the first place. One of my friends told me that it was just being lazy and that you didn't need a lot of energy to lose weight. In fact, it will make me gain energy. Its one of those things you know but don't want to know.

Only one "bad" food item a day. Also a "new" old bra fitting better. Aka, going down a bit of a cup. One of the worst things about weight for me is my boobs not properly fitting into my bras anymore. It's the worst. Walking, stairs or when it fits while standing but not while sitting. Wleuhg.

Today I wore shorts I barely fit last summer. They are still a bit snug but I'm sure they will fit better in a few weeks. (I have definitely gained weight since last summer, but that means I've lost that now)

Yes, swimming is the best! After having a bad injury I got back into swimming right when my skin allowed it and I was finally able to move a bit again! It was the best
