After having covid & being sick of other stuff for a few months I'm back. The mini goal is to keep counting, weighing & tracking my food intake. Apart from that I'd love to just finally be back to losing again.

I was able to swim for an hour and a half. I wasn't sprinting but I didn't have any real breaks either. Got out of the pool once to get a plank to hold for practicing kicks but that's it. I'm super tired but oh so happy I was able to do an hour and a half.

I'm not overthinking about food all the time anymore. I fit my old "skinny" pair of pants again. My stomach isn't one big blob anymore but it's starting to shape up again. My back rolls are shrinking. Can't wait for the moment they aren't there anymore.

It was way easier to stay in the downward dog position during yoga yesterday. It used to me my most hated one because it hurt my arms and it was so hard for me to stay in it but it's getting better to a point where I don't hate the pose as much anymore. Hoping "soon" it will be a comfortable pose to pause in.

Water & yoga. I'm working on my water intake & even a ten minute yoga session a day really helps for flexibility and its exercise for me. Trying to work on this every day for a leat a week :)

Was able to cycle a lot quicker to a "far" destination today. I left my house early because I feel out of shape in comparison to a month ago but I'm still waaayyy quicker than I would have been in the summer 😳 Very happy about it & I even enjoyed the ride there :)

A previously tight & a previously skintight shirt fit again. The skintight one I won't wear in public for a while but it's great to know how it used to be to tight to breath in and now it's just tight. Soon it won't be uncomfortably tight anymore 😊
