My last miny goal was for the scale to stop jumping around again. Nailed it. If only it could start going downnnn again 😂 So that's my next mini goal, the number going down again. I have an extra stomach roll. Might sound like a bad thing but it's definitely good. It means I'm getting a waistline again. It means I don't have one big blob stomach anymore but I'm getting shape into it 🎉

My current minigoal is to have a stable weight again. I've been bouncing up & down the last 2-3 weeks and I just want to get back to seeing a line instead of up down up down up up down etc. I don't have a lot of confidence it will happen soon but I do know I'm trying.

Finally able to lounge in the jeans I couldn't get into 3 months ago. A week ago I had them on for a few hours but not comfortably, today they're comfy and loose enough to be lounging around in them without needing to undo any zipper or button Scale has been going up & down but I'm heading in the right direction

Today & yesterday I ate a few more calories. I tend to be more hungry depending on where I am in my cycle. So the next few days I'll eat until 200cal more. After I go back to "normal" and do more strength training again too.

I totally rocked the dress! It fit me so well even with the travel bloat. 🎉🎉 Next up is being able to wear my smaller jeans (they zip up but not comfortably), 110kg and continuing to workout!

They hurt the most when I work out. There's a lot of ab exercises I can't do because they are too hard. I currently swim about once a week and I work out every day to every other day. I do a lot of online workouts, Caroline Girvan, cloe ting etc.

My dog is much happier and way more active since I don't struggle during walks anymore. Definitely didn't expect that to happen 🤣

My "fat" jeans that were to tight to comfortably wear this summer kept falling down. Tried on a pair of skinny" jeans and I could zip them up after getting them over my thighs. I'm definitely losing weight and inches.

Went for an easier workout which still got me nearly in tears and shaking. Lower energy today so the easy workout also really tested me. Had an egg extra during lunch in hopes of a quicker recovery

I'd try walking workouts on YouTube! Steps to the rhythm is great, look for a beginner one. You can do it inside & don't need anything besides a tiny bit of space & a screen with internet. Go from there!

Lower body workout. Bulgarian lunges are killing. I'm pretty sure I've never been sweating like never before during it. Heart rate went waayyy up so 💪💪

1200m swim! I was super surprised I swam this much without feeling super dead. My strength training has definitely helped me through although I'd describe this as cardio first I'm sure I'll feel it tomorrow.

Also, I'd like to add that for a certain amount of time I was also fine with being obese. Change is hard and I knew I didn't have the energy & time to change. I also knew I would one day. That day was about a month ago

Honestly, if you want to be healthier just start by doing one more fruit or veggie than you've been eating a day. Maybe try to walk a bit more. You don't need to start at x amount of calories and x amount of workouts. Small changes add up over time.

Half hour yoga. Was super sore from epic day 4 so had a much needed rest day in between.
