Thank you! So far I'm loving it. I definitely lack strength for some of the exercises or maybe I have too much weight still but the bodyweight exercises are harder than the ones with dumbbells for me. I've done epic beginner and am on day 3 of EPIC series 1. Definitely already seeing changes!

My resting HR hasn't really changed. It might be a little lower but not significant.

I notice it most during swimming and my weight has gone up and down so that's not it.

Also did I mention that because of the water weight I'm now not obese 2 but obese 1?!?!?! It's only a few pounds down but man, do I feel a difference! Probably also because of the eating less but a week ago I felt like extra rolls of fat were just plastered on to my body. It's not a good feeling.
